- Structural Engineer/ Expert: Graduate in Civil Engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
- Electrical- cum-Instrumentation: Graduate in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Post Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering or the equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
